What is the process from payment to receiving the order?
First month:
I'm sure you're already looking forward to your first order! As we all know, anticipation is the best joy. In order to be able to process your order immediately, we will debit the monthly fee for your first month immediately and start processing your order straight away.
As a rule, you will receive your first PA
Pafory order delivered directly to your mailbox after 10 to 12 working days.
After the first month:
Your Pafory subscription renews automatically every 30 days.
As soon as we have successfully booked your monthly subscription, we will usually prepare your order within 7 working days. If we are unable to book your monthly fee immediately, our system will automatically attempt to debit your account again within the next few days and weeks.
Sometimes, despite a successful booking, it takes a little longer for your order to make its way to you. This sometimes happens when we don't have enough products in stock or are currently waiting for a delivery. Do not worry. We will inform you in good time about possible delivery delays.
Shipping and tracking:
As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, we will send you an email notification. In most cases, this will also contain a tracking number for tracking the shipment. Please wait approximately 48 hours after receiving the notification until the shipment status has updated and you can track the shipment.
We do not currently offer full tracking for some countries. The good news is that we are increasingly introducing tracking for more countries. Please be patient until we can also offer full tracking for your country
