We do not currently offer telephone support as we feel we can offer our best customer support via email (help@pafory.com), our social media support and our super intelligent team colleague PAFORISTA 👩🏫.
PAFORISTA 👩🏫 is always available for you. The rest of our support team is available for you from Monday to Friday. As a rule, all inquiries are answered within 48 - 72 hours (Monday - Thursday).

Tickets submitted over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
