How can I pause my membership?

You've had enough fragrances for now and want some time off? 

Good news! Instead of cancelling, you can simply take a break for up to 3 months. During this time, no orders will be sent to you and no debits will be made. This means you can enjoy the fragrances you already have at home. After your break, you will receive exactly the fragrances you have chosen, as usual. 

To take a break, please log in to your customer account.

There you will find the Pause function under the Membership tab.

It is important to be aware that the cancel function remains inactive during the break period. It is not possible to cancel during this time. As soon as the break is over, the cancel function will be reactivated and will be available to users. If you wish to cancel in the meantime, you must use our contact function.
