The New PAFORY Member Benefits Program – Everything You Need to Know

Starting May 5, 2026, we’re launching our new Member Benefits Program —a loyalty program that rewards your membership with ongoing savings on full-size products. The longer you’re a member, the greater your benefits.

The new program replaces both our previous loyalty points system and the monthly Member Days. And here’s a sneak peek: As a loyal member, you’ll find this program much more rewarding than before.

How does the program work?

The Member Benefit Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You automatically move up to the next tier the longer your membership lasts.

Your savings are directly tied to the sample price of each fragrance. In other words, the higher the quality of the fragrance, the greater your savings in euros.

How are your savings calculated?

Example 1 – Standard Fragrance (Sample Price: €19)

A full-size version costs €100:

Bronze: −19 € → 81 €
Silver: −€28.50 → €71.50
Gold: −38 € → 62 €

Example 2 – Premium fragrance with a surcharge (sample price: €29)

Some fragrances have a surcharge on top of the standard sample price. With a surcharge of €10, your sample will cost €29. A full-size bottle costs €180 here, for example:

Bronze: −29 € → 151 €
Silver: −€43.50 → €136.50
Gold: −58 € → 122 €

Example 3 – Specific example: Simone Andreoli - Malibú Party in the Bay

Membership sample price (with surcharge): €22 · Full size (regular price): €150

At the Gold level, you get €44 off the full-size product—it will then cost you just €106. That’s a savings of nearly 30%.

Where can I see my member prices?

You'll see your personal member price wherever full sizes are displayed:

In your new perfume collection (more on this below)
On the product pages for the fragrances
In the shopping cart and checkout

Once you're logged in, both the regular price and your member price will be displayed automatically.

What is the Perfume Wardrobe?

The Perfume Wardrobe is your new personal section in the login area. There you’ll find all the fragrances you’ve ever tried at PAFORY— whether as a membership sample or a one-time purchase. For each of these fragrances, you’ll see the corresponding full-size version listed at your current member price.

Where can I see my status?

In your dashboard under the Account section, you can always find:

Your current level (Onboarding, Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
How many months are left until the next upgrade?

What happens if I pause my membership?

During an active break, you retain your level. It just doesn't count toward your progress while you're on a break. As soon as you're active again, you'll pick up exactly where you left off.
What happens if I quit?

If your membership is terminated, you will lose your status entirely. If you return later, you'll start from scratch and go through the onboarding process again.

What happens when the new member benefits program is launched if I’ve been a member for a while?

You are automatically placed in the appropriate level. So, if you've been a member for more than 12 months, you're automatically placed in the Gold Level. If you've been a member for 7 months, you're automatically placed in the Silver Level, and if you've been a member for 3 months, you're automatically placed in the Bronze Level.
Does my discount apply to fragrances I've never tried before?

Yes. Your member discount applies to all full-size products in our range—regardless of whether you've tried the fragrance before or not.
Can I combine discount codes with my member discount?

Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to full-size products—your member discount is already the best possible discount. However, discount codes still work on other items in your cart, such as samples.
What happens if I buy multiple full-size items?

Your discount will be automatically applied to every full-size item in your cart.
I have a prepaid plan—does that make a difference?

No. Whether you pay monthly or in advance, every month counts equally toward your tier upgrade.
What happens when you return an item?

You will be reimbursed exactly the amount you actually paid—that is, the price after your member discount has been applied.

Why is the new program worth it for you?

Until now, there have been two benefits for members: loyalty points and the monthly Member Days, which offered a 20% discount on full-size items for one week. Both had their drawbacks—the Member Days were very short-lived and gave every member the same discount, regardless of how long they had been a member.

The new member benefits program addresses this:

Your benefits are permanent—not just for one week a month.
Loyalty pays off: The longer you're a member, the greater your benefits.
No more rushing around: You don't have to keep track of deadlines in your head or wait for a specific week.
Greater savings: At the Silver level, and especially at the Gold level, you'll save significantly more than the previous 20%.
