How do I cancel my membership?

It takes less than 30 seconds to cancel your membership, completely digitally in self-service. 👍 💯

Please log in to your customer account. Under the tab Membership > Cancel membership, you can easily cancel your membership at any time after your second month.

(If you are accessing your account from your mobile phone, simply swipe left where it says "Dashboard" to find the Membership tab).

But hey, why quit at all? Just take a break . You'll keep your benefits as a PAFORY member and can get back to discovering new fragrances in a few months' time 🔥

Please note that cancellations of gift memberships and fixed-term memberships only take effect after the predefined period has expired. These must be canceled by the user, otherwise they will be renewed on a monthly basis.
